At Less Stress Space, every order is carefully packed and prepared with care. Because our products are thoughtfully curated, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review your request and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

• Minor variations in color, packaging, or natural materials are not considered defects.
• We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or reported without prior contact.
